I have done many commercial projects. Chuck E Cheese, Mcdonald’s, Wendy’s, Chevron, RaceTrac, Shell, Mobile, The City of Wellington’s water towers. Best buy strip mall in Delray. Frenchman’s Creek Plaza, the Winn-Dixie Plaza on Okeechobee Blvd, Bella Terra, Madison Green Wyndam Village, Marine Max, The new tractor supply on Okeechobee Road, The Office Depot Plaza on Okeechobee Road and several other Publix plazas. I have cleaned many commercial buildings and strip malls HOA sidewalks and Horse Stables. Checkers both in Lake Worth and Downtown West Palm Beach. Kentucky Fried Chicken in Riviera Beach. The Optic Center in Delray. I have even cleaned all the docks on Lake Worth by downtown West Palm Beach. All commercial cleaning is performed at night or weekends depending on the traffic. Gas stations, strip malls, and restaurants I do after closing avoiding civilians as much as possible. Large commercial buildings that require lifts I do over the weekends. Community sidewalks and common areas done during the day while most homeowners are at work. I’ve cleaned the entire paver track over in PGA mall in front of Cheesecake Factory. The Coca-Cola distribution center in Riviera Beach and so much more. Its endless the amount of commercial work I have done over the years. I know what you expect as a commercial client avoiding high traffic times. Not leaving a mess behind. Keeping water from blowing under the doors of your office space leases on the strip malls. And trying to make the process as quick as possible at 24-hour restaurants and drive ins.
